Scout and Deek are our clinic cats--they live here in order to greet clients and (hopefully) make the other cats feel more at home.  Unfortunately, they are both very food motivated and into everything, so they are not always out when people are here. 

Scout was born in June of 07 and is a dilute calico.  This means that she thinks she owns the world and it will be her way or the highway.  She is very sweet and loving when she wants to be, but does not hesitate to tell you to stuff it if she's had enough. 



Deek is about two years old and a completely sweet, loving cat.  He has a fairly bad habit of chewing on whatever he can.  For instance, he came to us after having chewed through an electrical cord and had his mouth and tongue so swollen that he could not shut his mouth.  He also managed to burst both his eardrums when that happened (which is his excuse as to why he never listens to us).
